Meet Workshop Speaker Chef Sinay


Anthony Sinsay is the Award Winning Executive Chef of BURLAP a top Del Mar Restaurant. A San Diego native and a Filipino-American, Sinsay brings an extensive background in Asian cuisine and passion for eastern flavors to Del Mar’s favorite restaurant. He keeps his focus on ingredient-driven dishes from local farmers, sustainable fishing, and ranchers which employ unique preparation methods and presentation.


He is also a product of the Sweetwater High School District as a graduate of Southwest High!
